Rivers' Edge Part Two

This is the second part of a post on the Hiram Haines Coffee House. Rivers' Edge  is the other half of this lovely shop. This side is run by Jeff's wife, Beverly Rivers. Bev is a fabulous interior designer. She is also the genius for many books, articles, and special publications from Meredith Publishing, including those in Better Homes and Gardens, where she has been stylist, author, and editor. For more information on the Hiram Haines post, click here (This will take you to the article on the Richmond Magazine website). Enough with the blab. Here are the photos of her shop!

From Rivers' Edge Website:

Born and raised in the Midwest, Beverly Rivers served as editor-in-chief of more than 40 Better Homes and Gardens newsstand magazines.  Husband and published author, Jeff Abugel hails from New York, and together, their style is upscale and unique. Here, amidst an ever-evolving inventory you’ll find items that are individually chosen for their beauty, value, and quality.

Bev's seemingly effortless selection of merchandise is breathtaking. She carries items ranging from the finest European antiques, lighting, and carefully selected timeless, yet trendy and fresh decorative accessories.

I really want one of these Santos Cage Dolls!

Bev even joined in the Halloween spirit with these adorable skeletons!

See the mirror above? Those are porcelain flowers--it is so realistic that even in person you think the mirror is covered in real roses!

More Ravens!

And a last look into this amazing shop! I'll have to do a post once they are all gussied up for Christmas!

Thanks again, Bev & Jeff for letting me take all these photos & allowing me to share this with blogland!

And to make the FTC happy...I have not been compensated for these post. These 'show and tell' posts share my favorite places with my readers, and hopefully will allow bloggers in the area to join in on the fun!
